About Us
A family and sustainable vision of viticulture
Founded in 2014, Madinelli Vini is managed by the second and third generations of a family of winegrowers.
To honor the founder and mark its 10th anniversary, the company has decided to reduce the sale of grapes and bulk wine and focus on bottled wines under its own brand.
As part of this transformation, we received the “Bee-Friendly Company” recognition from the Valpolicella Wine Consortium.

Our Logo, Our Identity
The new logo symbolizes the evolution of our identity:
– The number 3 recurs since 1958, when the first vineyard was purchased.
– 3 brothers initiated the project, each with 1 child — 3 generations in total.
– The olive branch, reinterpreted as a flowing initial, forms an infinite loop – like time and seasons.
We currently manage 60 hectares of land: 33 ha are vineyards with native grape varieties, 2 ha are olive groves, and the rest are woodlands. Forest management is essential for biodiversity, soil protection, and sustainable development.
Environmental care is a core value passed down through generations, forming the foundation of our approach to food and health.
From the courage to leave to the strength to stay
Our story begins here
1800
The Beginning
The Madinelli family has lived in this area for nearly two centuries, enhancing the land’s natural gifts.
In the early 1900s, they moved from Torbe (near Negrar) with little more than a table — a symbol of the family bond — settling in Marano di Valpolicella, rich in land for fruit, vegetables, and grain.
Here, in fertile land, they began to cultivate vegetables, fruits, cereals, and raise animals.

1950
The First Hectares
They combined cultivation with animal husbandry, first cattle, then pigs. Starting as sharecroppers, they began purchasing land in the 1950s — starting with 2.5 hectares — thanks to grandfather Novello’s vision.
He understood the area’s altitude and microclimate made it ideal for all kinds of crops: pears, cherries, olives, and grapes.
TODAY
Established reality
Innovate, without forgetting where we come from
His resilience after the war and drive to improve laid the foundation for today’s Madinelli farm.

Our philosophy
Our vision
We are proud of our values and want to share them — a perfect balance between roots and innovation, family and the outside world.
We always seek harmony between past and present, looking to the future with a balance of ideas and pragmatism.

Our Mission
Our storyteller, known as the “Count of Carabas,” used to call his three Maramani and tell them:
“Watch over your land, protect its gifts, learn from experience, and have the courage to act!”
These words guide our work:
- Enhance local denominations, respecting traditional methods.
- Let our roots drive innovation, with a focus on sustainability.
- Guarantee high quality, highlighting typicality over quantity or compromise.
