Hill, vineyard, unique beauty

Between Marano and Negrar, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica

Our vineyards are located between Marano di Valpolicella and Negrar, mostly at 400–500 meters a.s.l., where significant temperature shifts in spring and autumn benefit Amarone.

The clay-limestone soils give our wines vibrant, deep colors, complex aromas, and strong structure with balanced alcohol content.
The area’s volcanic origin provides natural harmony, finesse, and longevity, supported by lively acidity.

The soil and morphology

The calcareous-clay soils, rich in minerals and marine fossils, give our wines structure, color, and longevity.

The volcanic origin of the area contributes to the acidic balance and minerality, enhancing the identity of each wine.

Territorial philosophy

Geological history, proven by marine fossils found in our fields, tells of a time when this land was covered by the sea. These marine deposits enrich the prized Valpolicella marbles, known since Roman times.
Basaltic tuffs from ancient volcanic activity and glaciation shaped the dramatic valleys and hills, as well as the nearby Lake Garda, creating the varied terroir that gives local wines their complexity and uniqueness.

Sustainability

Preserving the landscape, respecting the environment, and caring for biodiversity are fundamental principles of our company.

We apply low-impact agricultural techniques and enhance forest management to protect the soil and promote the natural growth of the vineyard.
